Sorry, don't got any 75 to 1 manuals.? I've got two 200 to 1 sets and a 150 to 1.?? Good luck in your quest.? If you can find it that's great, or look further for a different set with a manual.? Anyway a lesson how "ephemera" as they call it can be really more valuable that the actual thing,?? Including the model number in any future messages may help.? Regards, Jim p.s.
