This is the pretty standard marking for 2S*.* transistors. Just put 2S
on front of the number. 2SB975 and 2SD1309.

I just looked, and while I don't have the first one, I have the second,
which is listed as an NPN "darlington w/ damper", 100V, 8A, 40W. If both
parts came out of the same equipment the other one's probably a pretty
similar PNP part.
