I also have a uVAX II, and i partially dissembled mine and hosed down the outer plastic shell since there was lots of nasty dust in there. i finally figured out how to open the access door in the back, and saw some cards in there, but exactly how do they come out? i didnt want to just start pulling in case they are locked in somehow. david
