Panasonic Toughbooks use bricks rated 15.6 VDC @ 3-6A, depending on model.
Have not scoped, but presume that it is a SMPS with "reasonable" regulation.
Use a couple here, "CF-AA1653-XX"; XX is output connector.

IBM Thinkpad laptops (at least 365X/XD, 760 series, and I think even the 770
series and 600/600E/600X series, quite possibly many more).
