Epsilon. ("Wasau.") Basically EMACS (although the default key-bindings for the more esoteric functions are not the same - easy to fix, though). Been using it for 25 years or so; fast as all getout, totally customizable in something that's so close to C that anyone who knows C can pick it up in about 3 minutes.
