Everything big IBM makes has built in casters.
Leveling pads are only dropped once it is in place in the computer

Some times it takes a few people to push and navigate, but even a

roll down the hall when the pads were lifted.
Ditto for a few Amdahls and Fujitsus I've helped to move.
The only physically big computers I have seen that did not have some kind
of wheels were single-rack minicomputers which could just barely be moved
by two meen with lifting harness.
I have also seen some wheelless tape drives, but no large disk drives
without some means of both transportation and locking in place.
