Ok, will do.
Is it important to get vast throngs to make it financially viable, or
will smaller numbers suffice? This would affect your choice of venue
somewhat, especially on a population basis. ie Sydney has ~3+ million
people (I think) Adelaide around 1 million.

I'm putting the cut-off at 50 people saying they WILL come. That and
above and we're on :) Significantly below that and it doesn't quite
justify the costs of a full-blown VCF :(
I'd love to visit Australia though :)
