 technical manual on my shelf.  It's an interesting
chip, but was a bit slower

 than it needed to be. 

I have both Z8001(segmented) and Z8002(nonsegmented) parts both good for
10mhz. Not bad for parts in my bin fromt he mid80s.  So much for speed.

They are far better than 8088 programming wise.
