You're about a week late on asking this one - I just sent 2 boxes of twinax and connectors to the metals yard but I may find one laying around. I'll get back with you direct if I find one in the next few days. If you get desperate you might try http://www.cnaweb.com or http://www.blackbox.com for the ends or maybe even sort ready-made cables. Of course you need a crimper for the pins unless you get the solder type.
