EET'S ALIVE! Well, I finally hobbled together a

I added a few lines to correct a mistake. See ==============
Might it be possible to use the colour output when connected
to the TV? Now that would be an interesting appliance?
What hardware does your PRO350 have and what disk drives?
RX50? RD51?
Has anyone ever hacked RSX-11M or RSX-11M+ to work on
it? Are there any
guides for RSX-11M(+)? How should I cure my insanity? :)
Since PO/S is really based on RSX-11 (if I remember correctly),
your are already running RSX-11. RT-11 also runs on the PRO350,
but you must have an RX50 that allows RT-11 to boot. If
you have all the required files on the RX50 that runs on a normal
PDP-11, then for the RT11XM monitor, add (assuming they are missing):
PIX.SYS
DWX.SYS
DZX.SYS
If you then execute the command:
COPY/BOOT:DW DU0:RT11XM.SYS DU0:
(assuming I have not confused the hard drive device driver DZX.SYS
with the floppy device driver DWX.SYS). That RX50 can then be
booted on the PRO350. I am not sure which version of RT-11 was
first able to use the PRO350, but certainly by V5.03 of RT-11, it
was possible.

Sorry - the RX50 device driver is DZX.SYS rather than DWX.SYS
as I stated above - incorrectly. SO, the command should have
"DZ" as:
COPY/BOOT:DZ DU0:RT11XM.SYS DU0:
If you then take that RX50 floppy and insert it into the drive
on the PRO350, I hope it will boot RT-11.

Is VENIX worth trying on this thing?
I don't know what VENIX is or how it works, but I get the
impression that VENIX was used on the PRO350 when
the PRO350 was used as the console device for the
VAX 780??????
Sincerely yours,
