Some indication as to which mfg might have made it would be helpful. The number of package pins would help too. It could be a National part with the prefix, though AMD used a set in that range also. If they're 18-pins, they might be non-multiplexed dynamic rams, and if they're 16-pin 5980's they might be 4k DRAMs ala 4027, with the terminal 4 meaning 450 ns access cycle, i.e. 250ns access time + 200 ns RAS precharge.
