Uploaded the first set of pictures. All stuff is just put there,
waiting to create a nice setup.
Going to paint one wall tomorrow. At the base the length
of the wall is 15 meters, At the top "triangle" it is 5 meters high.
Not going to be much fun.

Cool! Looks like a big area. Bigger than mine. ;-) But I have
an 'upstairs' and a basement for storage and light work.

Absolutely. Used a chlorine solution and then had to put a mold
inhibiting primer before I applied the paint. That's why it took so
long to paint two relatively small rooms.

Don't recall the brand. I wasn't too worried about it since it was between
the cabinets (since removed) and wall. It appeared to have occurred a
while ago and seemed to be due to moisture collecting between the
cabinet and the wall rather than leaks.

I applied a concrete sealer to mine, then covered the floor with
composition vinyl tile (the thick type with the pattern clear through,
so cleaning up scuff marks, etc. is mostly a matter of sanding them off
using a floor buffer screen.
I applied a moisture barrier to the walls (roofing felt), then built
stud walls about 1.5" from the concrete stem walls, leaving lots of room
for fishing cables. A layer of sheetrock and mud finished it all off.
It's dry and warm--very often, better than the "living quarters" above it.
This was part of a larger house remodeling project, so the cost was not
too onerous. One thing that I also thought to do was to install several
empty runs of thinwall conduit between floors and drop a length of 10
AWG steel wire through them. That way, you just cut into the walls
above and below it and fish with a magnet to find the wire, and attach
your fishtape. These are outside walls and I hate digging through
insulation...

keep the machines a little off the wall and use ventilators to
circulate. fungus hate that. you don't have to have them on 24/7. just a
hour a day will do. if you do it at an hour after noon, some heat will
circulate as well. in th summer it is better to do it around 10 in the
morning.

Well, there is a lot of stuff hidden behind the stuff at the front
and the racks in the back. I have 3 RM03 drives (visible), but
just before them are 3 RK07 drives (not visible). There are 20
H960 racks and 4 DECwriters and one DECprinter.
Several terminals (VT05, VT-55, VT220, VT240, VT320, VT420, VT510,
one VT525), etc. Also one VT180.
I have the following PDP-11 CPUs: LSI-II, /03, /04/, /05, /10, /20,
/23, /23+, /24, /34, /35, /45, /50, /53, /60, /70, /73, /83, /93.
That's pretty much every PDP-11 CPU model.
Of the VAXen I have 2 VLC4000, VAX4000/500, VAXstation, VAXserver,
microVAX II and III.
Two RA60, several RA81, a few RA90's, several RK05, ditto on RL02,
RX01, RX02, and PC05. Two TE16's, one TU10, one TU80, one TU80+,
a few TK50 and TK70 and the lovely DECtape.
Lots of cables, modules and what not that I have forgotten.
I sure will have a few "aha's" in the coming weeks :-)
When I look at all that stuff, I am amazed how I ever had all of
that in the house! Now I am figuring how to arrange everything in
a nice looking (and functional) setup. More pictures soon.

Wow, I am totally amazed by your enumeration of systems. I think I saw only a little of
what is there when visited you 2-3 years ago. Putting the systems in a nice arrangement
also makes your collection look like a classic computer center of the 70's and
80's. I'm pretty sure that the visitor list might grow after that :)
