the old computers, the same why the art community keeps track of
paintings by certain artists. It seems like a least a few computers
would be worth the effort (Altair, Apple I, Mark 8, etc.)
I agree. I keep a private registry of Apple 1 owners (no, I will not
share it for reasons of privacy).
In future times when the trade of old computers becomes more established,
provenance will be an important component of the value of the item.
