There are.
But what there does not seem to be, strangely to me, is an FPGA-based
Spectrum SE. That was a very interesting project, I thought, but apart
from a few hand-made prototypes, it exists solely as an
emulation.
Saying that, I may try to build a Raspberry Pi into my spare 48K
Spectrum full-travel keyboard. It is in the attic somewhere. I've not
seen it in decades but I believe it is one of these sweet babies:

Bags of room for an Rpi, a USB hub, a PSU and maybe some tiny speakers.
The notional plan is to run RISC OS on it, and on RISC OS, run FUSE.

That would neatly combine my two favourite 1980s home micros... and
RISC OS doesn't have the overhead of Linux.
