Your best bet might be to use a high byte terminator/adapter and a
standard cable.

see them listed now. Overall their products are a bit pricey, but are of
extremely high quality.
I'd suggest you have a look at the section of the comp.periphs.scsi FAQ
that addresses these adapters. It include a list of vendors that can
supply these adapters/cables. The section is "Can I connect a narrow

There is also a warning near the end of the section about mis-wired
adapters and TERMPWR that you should be aware of. I've come across some of
those mis-wired adapters that are mentioned there.
