Actually, a Star Trek game for Windows does exist:

Someone has ported one of the Classic BASIC Trek programs to Inform,
so it runs on anything that has a Z-Machine (PalmOS, Frotz, etc...)

And I remember running across a rendered 3Dish implementation of a
