I have a tektronix phaser 340 (which I think is rather less then 10 years old, but I'm not certain...) that has started saying "Fault 05,000.42:8178". I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with these printers and/or knows where I can get a fault code reference for them, because I really don't want to pay xerox to fix my printer. I have a feeling this is something pretty simple -- the printer was off for a while (like about 3 months) and then just started doing this last night. any help would be much appreciated.
