It's not that complex. There's the normal 40 pin UART and some TTL for
things like baud rate generation, interfacing to the 4070, etc. One
feature is a pair of '157 muxes which let you substitute a fixed cheacter
if you get a parity error or similar. I've never actually used that
though.
Half the PCB is covered with the jumper instructions etched into the
copper. Very useful!
