I was going to say that EBay has a rule against that so you could
complain. BUT...its not like you were getting royalties on it so you
are not being monetarily damaged so its probably not worth the
trouble. A court would say, "Yeah, he did it, but you didnt suffer
any damage."

So you can complain to eBay about copyright violation. They tend to
pay attention to that sort of thing.
