"The weird stuff about Soviet machines is what I love," says its curator, Andrew Davie, 33, a programmer from Australia who owns 15 of the 60 devices pictured at his site. Example: unlike American caluclators that form all numbers from 0 to 9 using just seven little parts, some Russian ones use nine.
