There's a *lot* of new code. If that means there's going to have to
be a quick update it's going to be hard to resist calling it "V7.0-07".

That's because it's not even really a joke ... but RSTS/E V7.0-07 was one
of the popular stable releases. LOTS of people spent a lot of time running
that version of RSTS ... and it was great. Very very RSTSey (it was two
major releases away from when RSTS started wanting to be VMS when it grows
up). And I find it funny that at around the same time (well more or less)
Unix version 7 was a big deal in the Unix world (things got complicated
after that -- AFAIK there was never a versin 8).
