Hi Dave, I *was* looking for OnTrack Disk Manager. The manufacturer specific versions only work when they detect a drive of their own brand, otherwise the software simply stops. I found on the Internet the OnTrack version for IBM, Fujitsu, MicroScience and Western Digital. The drive I tried to "manage" is from HP ... I received from Pete an OnTrack version (original) which works with *all* disks ... I won the auction on eBay so in a few days/weeks I'll have the original documentation/manual too. I can scan the manual if anybody is interested. The version from eBay is 7.0? Contact off-list if anybody is interested (gooiAToceDOTnl).
