Well, I've downloaded the content, compile the compress for my UNIX and am ready to write the tapes. Since I'm not using a native machine, any tips on creating the tapes? I would guess from your notes that I would just dump the files in binary from the computer to the tape. No headers, no special markers. Just file<eof>file<eof>file...
