Aha! that explains all the garbage characters and why it doesn't seem to put in <CR> when I'm in CM. Currently running on a WY-150+. Seems to work O.K. once it's bootstrapped. Guess I'll keep my eye out for a HP 700 terminal (or maybe not, I have the Wyse doubling for my VAX). Perhaps I'll try the HP emulator (if it runs under WINE) first to see if it's "worth it" to have a HP terminal.
