I wouldn't call it a "best" source, but I have purchased a kit over eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2028625224) and he's got an acceptable product. It's a single cleaning disk sleeve with a few packets containing pre-moistened inserts. If you have both single and double sided drives, you'll want two kits. I've found a few "NOS" cleaning kits on eBay as well, but they are rare.
