I have come into possession of a Dragon Data Beta (aka. The =A32500
business machine) prototype main board. The sad news is that
appears to be dead. Is there anyone out there who could possibly
help in getting this beastie back into life?? (If it ever worked)
Serious reverse engineering and electronic skills required! I've
This sounds like the sort of thing that I might be able to do (heck, it
can't be worse to reverse-engineer than an HP9100...), and I know the
6809 and CoCo (which is similar to the Dragon) pretty well even if I say
so myself.
The problem is that it would not be a quick or simple job, and if it
ended up on my bench for repair, I think I would be justified in charging
(in some way) for doing it.
Anyway, feel free to suggest me if you want. I can offer advice -- free
