Anybody know what this is? It's a single width card with four resistors and
a cable mounted on it.

"H854 MTD ON SINGLE X 8.5 CARD, ACCEPTS BC08R". A BC08R is a 40
conductor ribbon cable, if I'm not mistaken. M854 is DEC speak for
the 40-pin Berg header.
