Unless the Altair end is just totally wierd, all you
need is your typical
DB-25 serial cable. Possibly a null-modem adapter, depending on how the
connector is pinned. You can get these at just any store that carries
computer equipment (Besy Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack, etc). They're
not
special.
