Unfortunately that's a bit of a drive as I'm located in Ohio. I do appreciate the
offer though.
I think I'm going to look for a fiber channel model, it seems the StorEdge A5200 is
fairly easy to find. Assuming that it's compatible with the fiber channel interfaces
in the E6K it should make a good fit.

Hello Alex,
Slightly off topic to your original question, but assuming that you are planning to use
your E6K and need storage space, I am the proud owner of a Sun/StorageTek D1000 JBOD not
currently in use. Attaches via Diff. SCSI.
I had ran an E4500 w/8 CPU's as my main computer for several years, and had used the
D1000 for storage.
If you need/want it, its yours for the asking. I am located in North Texas, and assuming
you are also, I'm sure that some type of local delivery could be worked out. The
D1000 is very heavy, and is probably not something you would want to pay to ship.
Operating system wise, if I were in your shoes, I would consider running one of the
following three options:
* Solaris 10 update 11 - current version
* Solaris 11 Express - Last official Sun/Oracle version supported.
* OpenSXCE - Open source Solaris based distro.
Either way, congratulations on snagging an E6K, it should be an awesome system.
