You can buy these new from JDR Microdevices for $28.88. I've been using it for 15 years at least. The only changes to Config.sys or Autoexec.bat that are needed are to point to the hard drive: it gets bumped up one drive letter for each floppy you add (my one 3.5" floppy is drive C: and the hard drive is then D:).
