got a follow up email from the person that the jumper list came from: While working with this new CQD220A document I found an error where "W6-5" is listed twice, and "W6-3" is skipped. My card had a jumper installed on W6-3, and I am thinking it set the DMA dwell time to 3.2ms. Removing it, change to 6.4ms, seemed to help with a crashing problem.
