Basicly it was the CP/M system ported to the Intel CPU. Along with the Zenith, the DEC Rainbow used it (and CP/M-80, CCP/M, MSDOS). TMK both had dual x80 and x86 processors. I also have a binder put out by Xerox which has Digital Researches original manual CP/M-86 Programmers Guide, so possibly Xerox had a machine that used it. It's dated 3rd edition, January 1983 I believe the OS is still available out there, possibly on Tim Olmsteads old site now run by Gene Buckle.
