I just acquired an Apple IIgs that is in an Apple IIe style case! It's not a conversion or anything, it's original from Apple. It looks exactly like a IIe except for the model emblem and the back panel. Perhaps it's something Apple did for the educational market, to make it look like the other machines they were used to, and incorporating a built-in keyboard which would be less fragile than the multi-piece regular IIgs series. Anybody ever heard of these? Kai
