got it with HP/UX 10.2 on the disk, and that HP doesn't publish a lot of
info about the hardware online. I haven't done much more than get root
till I figure out how to do a DR backup.
You want "mkrecovery". That will give you a bootable tape which can be
used to restore your system to its current state. I'm not an HP-UX nerd,
though, so check the man pages for caveats.
Come to think of it, is the memory from a 720
compatible with the 735?
That I can't answer, but offhand, I suspect the answer is, "not unless
they're physically compatible." Not every 700-series system uses the
72-pin ECC RAM found in the 715, but more than that I couldn't tell you.
