Great! This answers some of my questions. Now to show what an ingrate I
am, does anyone have any info on the following jumpers:

W23 -- I think this is for what kind of cabinet that the card is in.
Also curiosity makes me ask what was on the missing page 4-45?

Mostly part numbers for DEC cables and such. I figured it wouldn't be that
useful to folks, so I left it out.
