My advisor was using the computer long back. Now the computer is in University of Texas austin. He said that the data is in PDP computer and our research group need the data . SO we need to convert the data. It is in some ASCII format though I dont know the type. So i need to ask .can the data be converted to recent file formats. File type is some ascii format. It was read from a machine. so they are basically read from the machines. compueter boot and we have the hard disc and floopy in which the data is stored.
