No, that's no confusing, it's plain wrong. A speed does not have the
dimensions of a distance.
Wrong it may be, but I assure you it _is_ confusing ;-)
Not as confusing as tracks/side vs. tracks/disk, though, since 80km/s is not a
sensible speed for a road vehicle (yet!)...
