Ta :) It's in the North-East of England. The building itself needs a lot of cleaning up since the current occupier has a plaster moulding company - the whole place is practically white top to bottom! The roof needs fixing and it needs security measures too, but size wise it's spot on, and the ground floor is concrete so there's space for some big DEC iron there too......
