We're located in northern VA, 7 miles from DC. The challenge is to get the old stuff in the hands of those who want it so it doesn't wind up in landfills. We used to have "yard sales" to clear out the old stuff, but I got tired of answering questions/complaints months later from people who bought an entire system for $10, so eventually we just set the stuff out and let any interested people take it away.
