I dont have one, but would like to get one. I trying to see if any of
the ex-INMOS guys have any spare ones. Its a nice piece to add to your
transputer collection (as well as a T414, ST450 and a T9000).

I don't have one, either!
Its a nice piece to add to your transputer collection
(as
well as a T414, ST450 and a T9000).
Of course, no collection is complete without an example
of the T414A in the extra-large package! The 'A' revision
didn't work at 20Mbit/s, and had a couple of other bugs.
The huge package was intended to bring out debugging
signals on the extra pins. The IMS B002 board will
accept a T414A, 2Mbytes of memory and some ROMs. For
a true rarity, try to find a T414B in the big package
and plug it into a B002 with the modifications to run
with PLL enabled at 20Mbit/s!
