On the TV show "How it's made" there was a recent episode regarding player piano rolls. I was a little surprised they were still being made, but anyway there it was, a beautiful Apple ][ with 2 floppy drives, still earning it's keep. One Apple was being used with some kind of visual roll editor to touch up the hole layout, another was running the "Perforator Control Program V070L4" to control the punches making the rolls.
