Most scanners have a non-reflective black pad on the
back side. If
you put something reflective behind (a mirror?) the transparency,
the light will go through and be reflected back. A potential
problem is the reflection from the front side of the transparency.
A much bigger problem than that exists. If you put a mirror on a Xerox
machine, time as we know it will stop!

New subject: Music Performances from dot matrix printers! This group is looking for some old printers
Check out this site which I found through slashdot.org. An interesting use
of those old beasts as musical instruments.
