While neither were developed on a pdp8 there is nothing to say it cant be
done. The -8 does run fortran, basic, cobal, focal and I believe pascal as
well.
Yes, there was a pdp8/e pascal compiler written at the U of Minnesota, Twin
Cities, and distributed by DECUS. I have copies of the floppy disks and
user manual from the department that wrote it.
Now, if i only had a pdp8/e with floppy drives ;)
