I read that as being the RAM on the hard disk itself (cache memory; any
SCSI drive's going to have a few KB) being faulty; i.e. it doesn't mean
the RAM in the Indigo.
enlightening ;-) I did not really concern this option as RAM sounded to
much like system main memory to me.
