Very cool! Gotta watch those videos when I have a free moment. I'd like to
do the same thing on my 11/34a with my HP 1662, someday :)
If I may ask, where did you find the Unibus extender board and how much did
it run you?

Douglas Electronics has DEC extenders:

Unfortunately, hex-width is only available in double heigth and at packs
of 10 :-/
I borrowed hex extenders from a friend, but still try buying own ones.
