You mean blank floppies? Sure. Try any (except Salvation Army and
Goodwill) thrift store in the Bay Area. They've usually got old disks
packed in groups of ten or so in plastic baggies for a buck or so a piece.
Just make sure they are the right type (single or double density).

All of my bulk floppies came from duplicators that had old stock that was
obsolete (5.25" DD, 3.5" DD)
