Another variation on this:
Maybe 5 years ago I got a letter in the mail proposing
the same thing. Out of curiosity, I sent a reply
to them via fax. There were a few fax exchanges
that followed the scenerio as mentioned below.
I did not get involved any further.
On a sadder note, some people I heard got pulled into the scam
to the point where they went to Nigeria in person. I understand
from newspaper reports they were held hostage and a
ransom
was demanded. In these cases the hostages were killed
even after payment was made.
