Aluminum foil on the inside and a low-static (PET is popular) plastic
bag on the outside should do something similar. The point is to create
a Faraday cage around the item you're protecting. The hard part with
large boards (or boards with a lot of sharp solder points) is to keep
the foil from tearing when you move the board around. I use two or more
layers of extra heavy duty foil.
