The comp.os.cpm FAQ says it is a hd64180 ...

There were really many Yasbc(s).  ;)

Yes, it was described in TCJ years ago.  It was on eurocard with their
nice connectors.

I have one I did using a section ISA16 bus and ISA 16 for IO, DISK 
and herc mono video.  It was a hexperiment. ;)
