To be "For the IBM PC .. and compatibles: Version 2.2: DOS 1.1, 2.0, 2.1,
3.0 or 3.1". It can not possibly be on 8" disks.
The fact that it was mixed in with some 8", and in a package of similar
size does NOT mean that it contains 8" disks.
Note that all of the version numbers listed are PC-DOS. Note that it does
NOT include MS-DOS 1.25 nor MS-DOS 2.11 (the non-PC-DOS equivalents of
PC-DOS 1.10 and 2.10)
Being prior to 3.20 means that it is not 3.5" disks.
Including 1.10, 2.00, and 2.10 eliminates 1.2M.
including DOS 1.1 (1.10!) means that it can not be 9 sector per track
("360K").
1.10 only supported 160K and 320K (SS and DS 8 sector per track).
NOT including 1.00 does permit it to be DS. If it was on 160K disks, then
it would have included 1.00.
THEREFORE, it is on 320K disks. OR, the description has nothing to do
with what is inside the package.
